Nile Commodore, our “hotel” for four nights, then sail up (i.e., against the flow of the river but traveling South!) the Nile to travel to Aswan in great comfort aboard the luxurious m.s. River Tosca.

Enrich your days onboard the ms Tosca with our optional lecture program with Egyptologist Dr. Julia Troche. Join us on an optional excursion program (TOURING PACKAGE pdf) (every site here is also included if you start on July 28) to a choice selection of the Nile River region’s monuments, temples, and tombs. We’ll be on the lookout for specific astronomical features, while visiting other sites not tied to the sky yet still looming large in the world’s imagination. Pricing for a Grand Suite (slide show) on our 9-night cruise is $7,425 per person, based on double occupancy. (No extra cruise fare for up to three extra nights in Luxor.)
